Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at Paul's Lawn Care. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and performing various other tasks related to lawn care and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions and maintenance tasks
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants
  • Cut grass and perform other lawn care tasks
  • Rake and collect refuse
  • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials
  • Lay sod or seed
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Apply fertilizers and other chemicals
  • Repair and maintain equipment
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work 40-60 hours per week
Working Conditions

This is an on-the-road job, and you will be required to travel to various locations to perform tasks. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to meet deadlines and work efficiently.
