About the Role

Foresight Recruitment Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the property management team, you will be responsible for the overall operations of a 600,000 sq ft A Class Office portfolio in the Downtown and Beltline areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, including tenant communications and relations
  • Assist the PA with accounts payable and accounts receivable, reports, and operational budgets
  • Oversee tendering and contracting processes, as well as TI/CapX projects
  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 staff members across operations and administration
Requirements
  • RECA license or willingness to acquire it within 12 months
  • 5+ years of commercial office management experience as a Property Manager
  • Experience leading and managing a team is highly desirable
