Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Secretary to join our team at Paramount Flooring Canada Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the flow of information within the team to enhance productivity.
  • Manage incoming mail and other correspondence efficiently.
  • Organize and confirm appointments to ensure effective scheduling.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages accurately.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for information management.
  • Compose and review correspondence, forms, and various documents for accuracy.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and general office technology.
Work Environment
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
