Business Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Secretary to join our team at Paramount Flooring Canada Ltd. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
- Facilitate the flow of information within the team to enhance productivity.
- Manage incoming mail and other correspondence efficiently.
- Organize and confirm appointments to ensure effective scheduling.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages accurately.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for information management.
- Compose and review correspondence, forms, and various documents for accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and general office technology.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
