About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer tests and equipment, instruct patients on procedures, and record results, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Carry out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists, promoting patient rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Maintain clinical and progress reports, documenting patient progress and updating records as needed.
  • Process files and paperwork efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Take patients' general medical and ophthalmic history, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and booking appointments, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Permanent full-time position, 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
