Job Title: Senior Content Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Content Manager to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content management, UX design, and HTML/CSS, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content on time and in accordance with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Author and publish web content in our content management platform (AEM), ensuring high-quality, accessibility, and SEO standards are met.
  2. Monitor and maintain site health, including quality, accessibility, and SEO scores, across assigned pages.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to capture new requirements and escalate blockers.
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional partners on authoring best practices and page content recommendations.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of content management experience.
  2. 3+ years' experience with UX design, ensuring website content has a consistent look and feel and is formatted to established standards.
  3. 2+ years' experience with HTML and CSS.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience using Adobe Experience Manager.
  2. Demonstrated understanding of the impact of content and ability to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to drive optimizations.
  3. Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.

Soft Skills:

  1. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with project stakeholders and managers across the organization.
  2. Able to juggle multiple tasks at once, changing focus and priority as needed.
  3. Strong organizational skills.

Education:

Not required but an undergraduate degree is preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, Design, or Computer Science. Agile certification is an asset.

Selection Process:

2 rounds of MS Teams Video Interviews: 1st round (1 hour) with the Hiring Manager (culture fit and behavioral questions), 2nd round (30 minutes) with a Digital Experience Manager (technical questions), and 3rd round (30 minutes) with the Group Head.
