Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Manager to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. This is a 6-month contract position with a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

About the Role:

The Senior Content Manager will be responsible for authoring web content in our content management platform (AEM) and ensuring site health across all pages. They will work closely with project stakeholders and managers to capture new requirements and escalate blockers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Author web content in AEM, adhering to quality, branding, accessibility, and design guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain site health, including site quality, accessibility, and SEO scores.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders and managers to capture new requirements and escalate blockers.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners on authoring best practices and page content recommendations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of content management experience.
  • 3+ years' experience with UX design, ensuring website content has a consistent look and feel and is formatted to established standards.
  • 2+ years' experience with HTML and CSS.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience using Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the impact of content and ability to use SEO to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics.
  • Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with project stakeholders and managers across the organization.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks at once, changing focus and priority as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Education:

An undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or Computer Science is preferred, but not required. Agile certification is an asset.
