Job Title: Senior Manager, Content Management

BlueRock Therapeutics, a pioneering cell therapy company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Content Management to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's content strategy and ensuring the successful development and implementation of content management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content management strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead a team of content management professionals to ensure the creation, publication, and maintenance of high-quality content across various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure content is aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement content management processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and contractors, to ensure the delivery of high-quality content services.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform content strategy and optimize content distribution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or business.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in content management, with a strong background in developing and implementing content strategies.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for content management.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
