What You Will Do:

- Collaborate with various internal clients, understand their requests, and develop data-driven solutions using diverse data sources.
- Present results in a clear and effective format tailored to your audience, which may include engineers, sales teams, or executives.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume data-processing environment, ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail in your work.
- Identify and validate upstream data quality issues before building advanced analytical models.
- Participate actively in an agile product development environment, including stand-up meetings, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Proactively contribute to improving product quality through data analysis, focusing on connected vehicle data and issues like system resets, connection failures, and more.

What You Must Have to Get the Job Done:

- Strong experience (5+ years) analyzing data using SQL (MS SQL Server or equivalent).
- Proven ability to interrogate data for quality assurance before building advanced data models.
- Proficiency in programming with one or more of the following languages: Python, R, or C#.
- Experience working with extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes for various data types (structured and semi-structured) and using different protocols (e.g., API calls with OAuth mechanisms).
- The ability to translate loosely defined business problems into practical data solutions and present your findings to stakeholders.

- You have experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data analytics stacks, including BigQuery, DataFlow, CloudSQL, DBT, CloudRun, and Cloud Scheduler.
- You are skilled at using data visualization tools like Looker, PowerBI, or similar platforms to present insights effectively.
- You're passionate about data quality, always ensuring it meets high standards before proceeding with analysis.
- You are a great communicator who can explain complex data insights in a way that's accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited about driving improvements through data to enhance user experiences in the automotive industry.
