AML/ATF Senior Lead Job Description
This senior-level position is responsible for providing leadership support and mentorship to junior analysts, while also reviewing and validating their work for accuracy and comprehensive explanation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead complex matters related to anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing regulations.
  2. Mentor and develop junior analysts, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest policies, procedures, and regulations related to AML/ATF.
  4. Analyze data and make recommendations for enhancing transaction monitoring scenarios.
  5. Prepare reports outlining the depth of investigation activity, risk assessments, and recommended remediation actions.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in AML/ATF, preferably with management and reporting systems (e.g., PRM, FCRM, FWR).
  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and strong time management skills.
