Our Client, the National leader in their industry, is seeking a talented Infrastructure Analyst to join their Platform & Cloud Services team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in the west-end Greater Toronto Area (GTA) requiring onsite work 3 days/week in Oakville, ON. The primary skillset that this Team requires always starts with Windows Server (08/12/16/19) and Active Directory (ADFS, GPO, Certificate Services) but this Team also implements and supports Azure, M365, Citrix, SCCM, SCOM, MDM, CyberArk, Tripwire and Trellix. For this particular role, the focus will be on Azure cloud services & automation. Key Responsibilities:

- Ability to support a variety of technologies, business departments and systems, and independently resolve problems and pro-actively communicate solutions
- Remain current on IT issues by acquiring and maintaining knowledge of relevant products and initiatives
- Research tools and processes to evaluate their usefulness to departmental and corporate needs
- Support department policies by providing technically accurate solutions to end users within the provided guidelines
- Enhance the quality and efficiency of the Technical Services team by participating in team projects and initiatives
- Ensure the delivery, availability and provide subject matter technical expertise on infrastructure in support of project initiatives
- Investigate and participate as a 3rd level SME in resolution of system problems to ensure maximum availability of the infrastructure and systems
- Review, maintain and provide ongoing improvements to the general environment for all hardware and software
- Automate daily tasks using Terraform & PowerShell to increase productivity and efficiency within the environment

- Manage Azure resources, subscriptions, and policies, ensuring compliance and optimal resource utilization
- Create and maintained Azure TFS pipelines to enhance continuous integration and deployment processes
- Collaborate with DevOps team on custom .NET application deployments
- Utilize Azure DevOps for project management, automating workflows and enhancing collaboration across development and operations teams

Required Experience & Technical Skills:

- College diploma in Computer Systems Technology – Networking or Computer & Network, or similar; University Degree in Computer Science; or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of practical and technical knowledge required.
- Skills should be specific to IT platforms and cloud services including and not limited to Microsoft, Citrix, CyberArk, Varonis, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of various technologies and protocols (Windows, Azure/M365, Exchange, Active Directory, MS Intune, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SMB)
- Strong experience with a variety of Azure cloud services including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), App Service, Functions, Container Instances, Apps & Registry
- Working knowledge of IaC frameworks, tools, and languages such as Microsoft DevOps, HashiCorp Terraform, PowerShell, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing in a team environment
- Able to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings and weekends as required
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment as a collaborative team member with ability to contribute to multiple projects and/or tasks with minimal supervision.
- Independent, well-organized, self-starter and able to adapt to change
- Good interpersonal skills with a natural ability to work with and support colleagues, ability to adapt to and work effectively with co-workers who have different styles and levels of technical knowledge
- Positive, flexible, open-minded approach towards work assignments
