Job Description

Fengate is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join the Infrastructure Funds financial reporting team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for providing oversight and guidance to the fund's external administrator, ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounting records and financial reporting.

The successful candidate will work closely with the manager to provide capital activity oversight and treasury functions, perform detailed review of notices and other investor communications prepared by the fund's administrator, manage the fund's day-to-day financial operations, and ensure compliance with governing fund documents and credit facilities.

You will also collaborate with the investor relations team to respond to investor requests and assist with fundraising initiatives, liaise with the tax team and advisors to oversee tax filings and compliance with tax authorities in the U.S. and Canada, and contribute new ideas to develop best-in-class processes and procedures.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines as part of a team. You will have strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in financial modelling being an asset.
