Job Summary
Are you an ambitious go-getter who thrives on the thrill ofthe chase? Do you have a natural ability to connect with people and buildrelationships quickly? If you’re hungry for success and eager to learn, we wantyou on our team as a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Entripy Custom Clothing.
You’ll workdirectly with our Sr. National Sales Director and a dynamic team who willsupport you with mentorship, tools, and guidance to help you grow and succeed.
Responsibilities
- Hunt for New Business: Proactively seek out opportunitiesthrough cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach.
- Qualify Leads: Assess potential clients’ needs and alignthem with Entripy’s products and services.
- Schedule Meetings: Organize and prepare client-relateddocuments, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate: Work alongside our sales and marketing teams todevelop and execute strategies to expand into new markets.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed leadgeneration and conversion goals.
- Report Progress: Provide weekly updates on all salesactivities.

- Team-Oriented: Thrives in collaboration but capable ofworking independently.
- Disciplined: Able to maintain consistently high levels ofsales activity.
Compensation
This is an independentcontractor role with performance-based commission. Your success directlyinfluences your earnings — but your experience, learning, and professionaldevelopment are what truly make this role valuable.
