Your Key Responsibilities:

- Processing payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Interpreting and applying regulations, collective agreements, and policies related to payroll.
- Managing updates, testing, and integration of financial systems, including PeopleSoft.
- Supervising and mentoring payroll staff, offering guidance on complex matters.
- Maintaining and improving internal payroll processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Preparing year-end financials related to payroll and benefits.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and provide payroll-related solutions.
- Leading projects, audits, and studies to improve payroll processes and operations.
