Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

The Billing Analyst is located in Markham, ON and typically reports directly to the Team Lead, Billing or designate.

- Coordinating processes with multiple regional Coding and reconciling payments to JDE

- Accurate invoicing of customers, thereby reducing the number of complaints regarding billing errors

- Preparing documentation to assist Accounts Receivable/Payable (e.g., Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc.)

- Timely review, printing and delivery of invoices

- Engaging partners in billing, A/R management and collections activities

- Assisting the manager in planning and scheduling

- Assisting with material/equipment procurement

- Producing productivity reports

- Analyzing financial data

- Managing the JDE Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

- Handling customer calls politely and efficiently

- Working in a multi‑tasked, fast‑paced, and changing environment

- Controlling documentation—managing photocopying, collating documents, and filing for distribution and mailing

- Investigating process‑related problems and recommending solutions as part of internal strategic initiatives

- Administering projects, including coordinating meetings, taking minutes, compiling monthly reports, forwarding communication releases, and maintaining project tracking logs (e.g., issues, changes, control)

- Cost control

- Other duties as assigned

Work Experience Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in facilities services management administration

- 3–5 years of experience in accounting and/or relevant financial management experience (e.g., billing, A/R management, etc.)

Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements

- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end financial processes, including numerical aptitude

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

- Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Capability to work independently with limited supervision

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Strong oral communication skills

- Proven interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent client service by building and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external clients
