Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Billing Analyst is located in Markham, ON and typically reports directly to the Team Lead, Billing or designate.Coordinating processes with multiple regional Coding and reconciling payments to JDEAccurate invoicing of customers, therefore reducing the number of complaints from customers regarding billing errorsPreparing of documentation to assist Accounts Receivable/Payable (e.g., Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc.)Timely review, printing, and delivery of invoicesEngage partners in billing, A/R management, and collections activitiesAssist the manager in planning and schedulingAssist with material/equipment procurementProductivity reportsAbility to analyze financial dataManage JDE Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Handle customer calls in a polite and efficient mannerAbility to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced, and changing environmentDocumentation control— manage photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filingInvestigate process systems/process-related problems/inquiries and recommend solutions as part of internal strategic initiativesResponsible for project administration tasks, including coordinating meetings, taking meeting minutes, compiling monthly reports, forwarding communication releases, and performing maintenance of project tracking logs (i.e., issues, change, control, etc.)Cost controlOther duties as assigned Competency Requirements Maintains a professional demeanor at all times with fellow employees, vendors, sub-contractors, and clientsAbility to cope under pressure and maintain focus, dealing effectively with setbacks while remaining positivePortrays a positive image and motivates colleagues at all times to ensure continued successEmbraces change and always willing to adopt new practicesHolds self and others accountableAbility to approach problems logically, under pressure and seek innovative solutionsCommunicates effectively (verbally and written) at all levels within an organization and with external parties including enforcing authoritiesUnderstands the needs and perspectives of both internal and external customersPromotes teamwork and collaborationValues and respects others, encourages and supports diversityPost-secondary education in a related field.
