We’re an established and expanding electrical contractor delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. We’re currently looking for an experienced Electrical Site Foreman to join us on a subcontractor basis to oversee on-site operations in Farnham and Windsor in Hampshire and lead our onsite installation teams.

Role Overview

As a subcontracted Site Foreman, you’ll take responsibility for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating labour, and ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate on-site electrical operatives and subcontract teams

- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised site

- Liaise with main contractors, project managers, and other trades

- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with regulations and drawings

- Manage deliveries, materials, and site resources

- Report daily progress and issues to the project management team

Requirements

- Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3 + 18th Edition)

- ECS Gold Card

- Proven experience in a site foreman/supervisory role

- Strong understanding of commercial and/or industrial electrical installations

- SMSTS

- UTR number & valid public liability insurance

- Own tools, PPE, and transport
