Applicants must have: - integrity, integrity, and integrity - minimum 10 years in construction - an eye for details, understand the construction process, show an ability to complete tasks, and work in a structured environment to get tasks done on time and on schedule. - ability to think on their feet and provide solutions, not only problems - extensive knowledge of OBC code and modern residential construction methods - understanding of safety measures required while on construction sites - own basic tools to use on site - means of transportation Pay: $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
