Windsor, Canada Frontline Traffic Services Full time

Frontline Traffic Services is recruiting Traffic Control People (TCP) and Temporary Workplace Signers (TWS) to join our team in the Windsor area.

**Requirements**:

- Valid TCP or TWS certification is a bonus - We are happy to provide this training
- Able to interpret both written and verbal instructions.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Great communication skills, willing & able to work in a team environment.
- Comfortable work outside in all weather conditions, often working long days.
- Comfortable working near vehicle traffic and heavy equipment.
- Lifting up to 30 lbs and standing for long periods of time.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist with placing signs, barricades and traffic cones in work areas.
- Communicate with other TCP in the workplace to regulate traffic safely.
- Be responsible for the safe passage of vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists through work areas.
- Communicate any incidents or hazards to the Site Supervisor.
- Ensure a safe work environment in accordance with all policies and procedures.
- Follow instructions given by TWS or site foreman.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**License/Certification**:

- Traffic Control Person Card (TCP) (preferred)
- Temporary Workplace Signer Certification (TWS) (preferred)
- Driving License (preferred)
