We are seeking hard-working and motivated individuals for the role of a **General Labourer** to join our team and help us with projects in Windsor and surrounding areas as well as other projects throughout Nova Scotia. Reporting to the Site Foreman and Site Lead Hand, this position is responsible for performing a large variety of construction related tasks involving strenuous manual labour in a safe and appropriate manner consistent with company values, policies, and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Must be reliable, punctual and possess a positive attitude.
- Able to work as a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers, ensuring all tasks are being completed in a safe and timely manner.
- Comfortable working variable hours at various locations all throughout Nova Scotia.
- Reliable transportation to and from the jobsites/pickup points.
- Previous experience as a labourer working with concrete, waterproofing, cementitious coatings will be considered an asset.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Participate and contribute to safety meetings.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.
- Assist Lead Hands and other skilled laborers when necessary.
- Use of air operated tools such as jack hammers, chippers, basic hand tools, etc.
- Keep construction sites free of obstacles and hazards.
- Load or unload construction materials.
- Physical labour
- Site clean up.
