This role will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, administering employee benefits, supporting payroll processes, and providing day-to-day HR support. The HR Generalist will act as a key partner to leadership and employees, helping create a positive employee experience and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a Generalist or HR Coordinator role.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and payroll/benefits administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary: $55,000 – $70,000.
- Comprehensive health and dental benefits.
- Opportunities for professional development and growth.
- Be part of a small, collaborative team where you’ll have the ability to shape HR practices as we grow.
