About Faber

Faber is a labour solutions provider, which uses an app-based platform to directly connect construction companies to local construction workers looking for temporary or full-time work, operated by a passion for providing a more transparent, reliable, and accountable way for both employers and employees to connect with each other.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will have the opportunity to generate sales from clients in the Toronto region. You will meet with new and existing clients, present Faber's labour solutions, coordinate and secure contracts, and maintain and nurture relationships in the local construction industry. You will be relied on to act as a brand representative for Faber, supporting our goal of creating a connected workforce proudly building a better world.

Responsibilities

1. Proactively generate new sales leads within the local construction industry, with the intention of creating long-term relationships with clients who will utilize Faber's temporary labour platform on a consistent basis.
2. Schedule face-to-face site visits, lunches, meetings, and product demonstrations with clients.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships, ensuring client labour needs are being met and any issues are quickly addressed.
4. Present Faber's temporary labour solutions to clients and pursue contracts.
5. Support with closing contracts.
6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
7. Support with ensuring sales targets are met.

Skills and Requirements

1. Must have experience in account management or sales in the construction industry.
2. Ability to visit client offices and construction sites all over Toronto (must have a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle).
3. Experience in temporary labour supply.
4. Desire to pursue business opportunities and generate new sales.
5. Strong time management and ability to create your own schedule and tasks without much oversight.
6. Strong understanding of construction and how to sell to clients within the construction industry.
7. Ability to create and maintain relationships with key clients.
8. Proficiency with CRM and IT tools, experience with Hubspot.
9. Desire to continue developing as a sales leader in the construction industry.

$60,000 - $70,000 a year
