In this full-time temporary position with the Cooperative and Experiential Education (CEE) team, you'll facilitate all aspects of employment logistics for students and employers. Your responsibilities include evaluating job offers, assisting in recruitment plans, and identifying diversity enhancement opportunities. This role also presents the possibility for career advancement based on contributions and achieved results.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage employer interactions throughout the recruitment process
• Approve job listings according to program standards
• Evaluate student qualifications for various roles
• Document all communications related to hiring efforts
• Work with colleagues to enhance service offerings
Requirements:
• University degree is preferred
• Background in office environments or talent management
• Familiarity with recruitment software is desired
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools Empower students' career paths while advancing employer engagement at the University of Waterloo.
