We sell, service, and recondition all major brands of transport refrigeration equipment and are committed to delivering the highest level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispatchingroad service technicians and coordinating their schedules
- Act as theCustomer Service Representativeat the front counter
- Manageingate and outgateunits for service and installations
- Dispatchshunter vehiclesand coordinate with service vehicles
- Organize service for vehicles and issuePO#sto vendors
- Track road service projects usingspreadsheets
- Maintain strong customer relationships by explaining estimates, obtaining customer approvals, and managing customer PO#s
- Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- High School Diplomaor equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum2 yearsof administrative or customer service experience
- Bilingualin French and English (asset)
- Stronginterpersonal communicationskills
- Ability to usejudgment and tactwhen dealing with inquiries
- Ability to manage ahigh volumeof work in afast-paced environment
- Exceptionalcustomer serviceandstrategic problem-solvingabilities
