Licensed 310S Service Technicians - Peel Region
Audi Mississauga has two locations. We are seeking skilled and dedicated Licensed Automotive Technicians to join our team at Audi Mississauga, Airport and Mavis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating proficiency with both hand and power tools. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers while ensuring that all vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as necessary for repairs.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to understand vehicle systems and repair procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and repair needs, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and operating machinery.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is preferred; dealership experience is a plus.
- 310S License or 3rd Level Apprenticeship preparing to write exam.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Familiarity with automotive repair techniques, including the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently as required by the job duties.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for understanding complex automotive systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Monday to Friday and rotating Saturday schedule - days.
