About the Role

The newly created Organizational Development Generalist role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to shaping the future of workplace culture. In this entry-level position, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting change management initiatives, learning and development programs, and employee experience strategies. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to high-impact projects, and build a strong foundation for a career in organizational development. With clear pathways to more strategic roles, this is more than just a job—it’s a launchpad for your growth and success in the HR field.
Your Experience & Skills
- An undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (specializing in Human Resources) or a related discipline or an undergraduate degree accompanied by a diploma specializing in Human Resources Management from a recognized institution (university or community college program).
- Must have at least (1) year of experience working in a Human Resources role. The ideal candidate will have experience with and/or exposure to a breadth of human resource functions, including but not limited to organizational development, learning or employee experience. Experience may be attained through internships and co-op programs.
- Must demonstrate strong foundational HR knowledge with a clear trajectory toward professional HR competency and progressive responsibility.
- A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation is considered an asset. Demonstration of actions towards attaining the CPHR designation is also considered an asset.
- Strong technology skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, etc. Proficiency in learning management systems, content development software, survey platforms, SharePoint, etc. is considered an asset.

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $63,239 - $79,037.
