Inclusive of work scope development, materials, resourcing, etc.Procurement support including development of new material master numbers, procuring materials, tracking deliveries, etc as required for work scopeProgress work scope to completion; Track site queries to closeout, as requiredGate Review of Engineering and Contractor Work Packs:Detailed review of work scope, commenting as requiredSet up and chair Workpack review internally with onshore and offshore (as required)Collate and prepare the Workpack Comment Response Sheet (CRS)Liaison with Contractors and Discipline Responsible Engineers (DRE’s) for workpack issuance through to Document ControlWho you areOur ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications: Legally authorized to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa) Available to begin work in May 2026Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communications skills.Critical thinker and ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced, high-performing, team environment.Flexible to changing work demands and ability to prioritize.Strong interpersonal skills, dependable and drive for results.We acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.Education Must be enrolled in an Engineering Undergraduate Program (all disciplines will be considered) at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work termCandidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
