The Director of IT is responsible for leading the IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations to support the business objectives of the BPO organization. This role ensures the security, reliability, and efficiency of IT systems while driving digital transformation and innovation. The Director of IT will oversee IT governance, data security, compliance, and technical support to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.

This position will require onsite presence with the opportunity to work at home occasionally. We are looking to fill this position immediately.

Key Responsibilities (include, but not limited too other reasonable duties)

Strategic Leadership & IT Management

- Develop and implement the IT strategy to align with business objectives.
- Oversee IT operations, including network infrastructure, cybersecurity, software applications, and cloud services.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems to support BPO operations.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Infrastructure & Security:

- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, VoIP systems, and cloud platforms.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect company and client data, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Develop disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP) for IT operations.
- Ensure IT support teams maintain high service levels and quick response times.

Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure IT policies align with regulatory and compliance requirements in the BPO industry.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to implement data privacy measures.
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage IT procurement, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Project Management & Digital Transformation:

- Lead IT projects, including cloud migration, automation, AI, and software deployment.
- Evaluate and implement AI, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and analytics solutions for process improvement.
- Partner with operations, HR, and finance to implement and optimize enterprise solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6yrs+ years of IT experience, in a BPO or outsourcing environment).
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and network management.
- Experience in managing large IT teams and multi-site operations.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, AI, RPA, CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and GDPR compliance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Technology Manager (CITM)
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Certification
