RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Le Directeur principal des opérations commerciales en TI est responsable de la gestion de l'administration du département TI, de la gestion du Bureau de gestion de projets (PMO) et de l'efficacité globale des processus TI. Ce rôle implique la transformation du modèle opérationnel TI, la direction des initiatives de gestion du changement à l'échelle de l'entreprise, la gestion de la main-d'œuvre TI et l'assurance de la conformité aux audits et de la visibilité. Le Directeur principal veillera à une approche stratégique et cohérente de l'application de l'information et de la technologie à travers l'entreprise, en apportant de la valeur à l'entreprise de manière transparente et efficace.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Administration du département TI :

  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du département TI.
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et procédures TI.
  • Gérer les budgets TI et l'allocation des ressources.

Bureau de gestion de projets (PMO) :

  • Diriger le PMO pour assurer la réussite des projets TI.
  • Établir des normes et méthodologies de gestion de projets.
  • Surveiller la progression et la performance des projets.

Gestion globale des processus TI :

  • Optimiser les processus TI pour améliorer l'efficacité et l'efficience.
  • Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques pour la prestation de services TI.
  • Assurer l'alignement des processus TI avec les objectifs commerciaux.

Transformation du modèle opérationnel TI :

  • Conduire des initiatives de transformation pour moderniser le modèle opérationnel TI.
  • Mettre en œuvre des technologies et solutions innovantes.
  • Favoriser une culture d'amélioration continue.

Gestion du changement à l'échelle de l'entreprise :

  • Diriger les efforts de gestion du changement pour les initiatives TI.
  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies de gestion du changement.
  • Assurer des transitions en douceur et l'adoption de nouvelles technologies.

Gestion de la main-d'œuvre :

  • Gérer le recrutement, le développement et la rétention du personnel TI.
  • Favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif et performant.
  • Assurer des opportunités de formation et de développement adéquates.

Conformité aux audits et visibilité :

  • Assurer la conformité aux exigences des audits internes et externes.
  • Maintenir la transparence dans les opérations et les rapports TI.
  • Mettre en œuvre des contrôles pour atténuer les risques et assurer l'intégrité des données.

Application stratégique des TI :

  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies TI alignées sur les objectifs commerciaux.
  • Assurer l'application stratégique de l'information et de la technologie à travers l'entreprise.
  • Conduire des initiatives qui améliorent la valeur commerciale grâce aux TI.

EXIGENCES

  • Baccalauréat en technologie de l'information, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe (maîtrise préférée).
  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en gestion TI, avec un accent sur les opérations commerciales.
  • Expérience avérée dans la conduite de la transformation TI et des initiatives de gestion du changement.
  • Solide connaissance de la gouvernance TI, de la conformité aux audits et de la gestion de projets.
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et relations interpersonnelles.
  • Le bilinguisme est requis car ce rôle exige des communications quotidiennes à l'extérieur du Québec.

Senior Director of IT Business Operations

JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Director of IT Business Operations is responsible for overseeing the administration of the IT department, managing the Project Management Office (PMO), and ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of IT processes. This role involves transforming the IT operating model, leading enterprise change management initiatives, workforce management,, and ensuring audit compliance and visibility. The Senior Director will ensure a consistent and strategic approach to applying information and technology across the enterprise, delivering value to the business in a transparent and efficient manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Department Administration:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the IT department.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Manage IT budgets and resource allocation.

Project Management Office (PMO):

  • Lead the PMO to ensure successful delivery of IT projects.
  • Establish project management standards and methodologies.
  • Monitor project progress and performance.

Overall IT Process Management:

  • Optimize IT processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices for IT service delivery.
  • Ensure alignment of IT processes with business objectives.

IT Operating Model Transformation:

  • Drive transformation initiatives to modernize the IT operating model.
  • Implement innovative technologies and solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Enterprise Change Management:

  • Lead change management efforts for IT initiatives.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies.
  • Ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new technologies.

Workforce Management:

  • Manage IT staff recruitment, development, and retention.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure adequate training and development opportunities.

Audit Compliance and Visibility:

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Maintain transparency in IT operations and reporting.
  • Implement controls to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity.

Strategic IT Application:

  • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure the strategic application of information and technology across the enterprise.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance business value through IT.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on business operations.
  • Proven track record in leading IT transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, audit compliance, and project management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingualism is required because this role requires daily communication outside of Quebec
