Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Directeur TI Dynamics 365 hautement qualifié et expérimenté pour l'un de nos clients à Montréal. Ce rôle dirigera une équipe de back-office de 10 à 15 professionnels responsables des projets, de la mise en œuvre, du soutien et de la maintenance des modules de Dynamics 365, y compris les finances et les opérations, les ressources humaines (RH), la gestion de la relation client (CRM) et le service à la clientèle. Ce rôle nécessite un leader stratégique possédant une solide expérience en budgétisation (OPEX, CAPEX), en gestion d'équipe et en exécution de projets.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Gérer, encadrer et développer une équipe de 10 à 15 professionnels de la TI, favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et performant.
  • Superviser la planification, l'exécution et la livraison des projets Dynamics 365, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient achevés à temps, dans les limites de la portée et du budget.
  • Diriger la mise en œuvre et la maintenance continue des modules Dynamics 365, en assurant la fiabilité et la performance du système.
  • Fournir un soutien et un dépannage de haut niveau pour les problèmes de Dynamics 365, en assurant une résolution rapide et une perturbation minimale des opérations commerciales.
  • Élaborer et gérer le budget de TI, y compris les dépenses d'exploitation et d'investissement, en assurant une affectation efficace des ressources et un contrôle des coûts.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le vice-président de la TI et d'autres intervenants pour harmoniser les initiatives de TI avec les buts et les objectifs opérationnels.
  • Identifier les possibilités d'amélioration des processus et des systèmes pour optimiser l'utilisation de Dynamics 365.

EXIGENCES

  • Baccalauréat en technologie de l'information, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe. Une maîtrise est un plus.
  • Minimum de 7 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion des TI, avec un accent sur Dynamics 365 (F&O, RH, CRM, service à la clientèle).
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion et la direction d'équipes informatiques.
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet avec une feuille de route réussie dans la réalisation de projets.
  • Expérience dans la gestion des budgets d'exploitation et d'investissement.
  • Connaissance approfondie des modules Dynamics 365 et des technologies connexes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de collaborer efficacement avec les intervenants à tous les niveaux.
  • Certifications pertinentes en Dynamics 365 ou en gestion de projet (atout)
  • Solides compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à s'adapter à l'évolution des besoins et des priorités de l'entreprise.

Autres qualifications

  • Bilingue – français et anglais – ce rôle nécessite un travail fréquent avec des équipes situées au Québec et à l'extérieur du Québec.
  • Hybride - 2 jours au bureau

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director – Dynamics 365 for one of our clients in Montreal. This role will lead a Dynamics 365 back-office team of 10 to 15 professionals responsible for projects, implementations, support, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 modules including Finance & Operations (F&O), Human Resources (HR), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Customer Service. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in budgeting (OPEX, CAPEX), team management, and project delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 10 to 15 IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Dynamics 365 modules, ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, including OPEX and CAPEX, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
  • Work closely with the VP of IT and other stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize the use of Dynamics 365.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on Dynamics 365 (F&O, HR, CRM, Customer Service).
  • Proven experience in managing and leading IT teams.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project deliveries.
  • Experience in managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or project management (asset)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Other Requirements:

  • Bilingual French and English oral and written - This role requires frequent work with teams located outside Quebec and being able to communicate with them both orally and in writing.
  • Candidate must have permits to work in Canada
  • Hybrid – 2 days in the office
  • Greater Montreal
