Job Title: Project Accounting Coordinator

Flynn Facades Division

Mississauga, Ontario

Full-Time, On-Site

A Day in the Life:

- Track shop and field labour hours, costs and productivity across projects.

- Support budgeting and forecasting for ongoing and upcoming project hours

- Analyze project performance, highlighting variances and cost trends.

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial data.

- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and dashboards to support decision-making

- Assist in preparing financial reporting and analysis.

- Produce invoices for internal and 3rd party companies

- Ensure procedures are followed for invoicing (USD/CAD)

- All other duties as required.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar field.

- Experience analyzing data in a manufacturing environment.

- Must have experience with forecasting labour and costs.

- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.

- Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills.

$65,000 - $75,000 a year
