A Day in the Life: Track shop and field labour hours, costs and productivity across projects. Support budgeting and forecasting for ongoing and upcoming project hours Analyze project performance, highlighting variances and cost trends. Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financial data. Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and dashboards to support decision-making Assist in preparing financial reporting and analysis. Produce invoices for internal and 3rd party companies Ensure procedures are followed for invoicing (USD/CAD) All other duties as required. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar field. Experience analyzing data in a manufacturing environment. Must have experience with forecasting labour and costs. Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets.
