Administrative Coordinator

The key duties of this position are the following:
- Coordinates the administration of processes within the School of Engineering.
- Provides support for day-to-day and monthly personnel and payroll actions, and other administrative and operational activities for the School of Engineering.
- Prepares position postings, completing appointment templates as the initiator in the personnel system.
- Processes international paperwork and manages employee records.
- Supports general office operations for the Dean's Office, responsible for office equipment, liaison with suppliers, purchase orders, and ordering office supplies.
- Assists with scheduling and coordinating appointments, events, and meetings.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of coordination, organization, facilitation, report analysis, and promotion/outreach.
- Also requires a minimum of two years relevant experience in a program coordination or administrative function, good communication skills, and computer literacy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent command of Marketplace, ability to learn new processes, and highly confidential.
