The Administrative Manager provides administrative support for the Bond Senior Leadership team, coordinating schedules, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to handle complex tasks with discretion. What Will You Do? Executive Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage VP Surety's calendar, schedule meetings, prioritize time demands, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes. Communication & Liaison Support: Handle inquiries, draft correspondence, liaise with stakeholders, manage confidential information, and track client milestones. Strategic Support: Assist with strategic projects, prepare reports, and perform light data analysis. Document & Information Management: Maintain distribution lists, and resources in the Surety Library. Travel & Expense Management: Plan travel itineraries, process expense reports, and ensure policy adherence. Meeting & Event Coordination: Coordinate leadership meetings, virtual calls, conferences, and team-building events. Office Mail and Admin Support: Oversee office mail distribution and provide general administrative support as needed. Coordinate Fire Wardens and Joint Health & Safety networks. Perform other duties as assigned. What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have? Associate's or Bachelor's degree. 7+ years experience. Experience managing paraprofessional employees. Advanced skill level required for software applications, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Utilizes multiple software packages to prepare highly confidential correspondence and complex documents. Independently designs advanced spreadsheets and develops graphics and presentations. What is a Must Have? 4 years administrative or clerical experience. What Is in It for You?
