Wage commensurate with knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Setting sales targets and goals for individual sales representatives.
2. Motivating and inspiring the team to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
4. Resolving customer complaints and addressing issues promptly.
5. Overseeing the management of new and used car inventory.
6. Desking of both new and used deals.
7. Monitoring stock levels and adjusting orders based on market demand.
8. Keeping the team informed about new products, features, and industry trends.
9. Collaborating with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to align strategies.
10. Generating reports for senior management on sales performance and trends.
11. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
1. A proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
2. Experience with Vauto and similar software is an asset.
3. 1-2 years previous experience in automotive management.
4. A valid driver's license.
