What This Role Is All About

We are seeking a results-driven Revenue Optimization & Analytics Manager to lead pricing, reporting, and strategic analysis across our multifamily portfolio. This role directly influences occupancy, rent growth, NOI, and asset value, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive performance and support investment decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize occupancy, rent growth, and NOI.

- Analyze market trends and demographic shifts to identify growth opportunities.

- Forecast rental revenue projections and support the annual budgeting process.

- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership on market conditions, risks, and investment opportunities.

- Build and maintain dashboards and BI reports (Power BI, Excel, and Yardi) to monitor KPIs.

- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

- Track and report on leasing velocity, occupancy, rent growth, and NOI to measure success.

- Monitor industry and economic indicators to inform acquisition and Asset Management strategies.

- Partner with leasing, marketing, finance, property management, and capital teams to maximize asset value.

- Collaborate on leasing strategies, property operations, and capital improvement initiatives.

- Engage with Property Managers and Leasing Managers to validate data and compile strategic insights.

- Leverage Yardi, RealPage, and other property management platforms to streamline analytics.

- Integrate AI and automation tolls to improve reporting accuracy and turnaround time.

- Identify innovative solutions to enhance performance measurement and scalability.

- Provide training and support to stakeholders on reporting tools and revenue management practices.

- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

What You’ll Bring

- Proficiency in property management platforms, revenue management analytics, and advanced Excel.

- Experience with Power BI and Yardi preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Real Estate Development, Planning, Statistics, or related field preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in revenue management, analytics, finance, or real estate; multifamily experience is strongly preferred.

- In-office position with occasional travel to properties within the residential portfolio.

The salary range for this role is between $90,000‑$105,000 per year based on candidate experience.
