Who You Are You have strong technical acumen with data analytics tools, the ability to identify areas of opportunity within the business and build innovative solutions to drive revenue. Your key areas of focus will be managing the end‑to‑end CRM system (HubSpot). You will work with the unique needs of each sales vertical and provide GTM (Go‑to‑Market) with relevant and rapid support and CRM‑based insights. THE ROLE We are seeking a conscientious, detail‑oriented individual to serve as the Revenue Operations Manager, supporting the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams (Go‑to‑Market Team). The Revenue Operations Manager plays a critical role in the success of our revenue teams and ensuring best‑in‑class services and insights related to our GTM processes. What You’ll Do Own the end‑to‑end process of tracking sales funnel, including consistent and accurate forecasting process, and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve funnel performance Track, analyze and report, on a monthly basis, key metrics for go‑to‑market teams (“GTM” defined as marketing, sales and customer support departments) Act as the “owner” of HubSpot, responsible for its process design, governance, operational efficiency, data management and reporting Manage Deal Desk, including reviewing quotes, approving discounts and preparing sales agreements Enhance GTM performance by identifying inefficiencies and actioning improvements Maintain regular check‑ins with the sales team and other contributors to monitor the progress of sales opportunities and identify any issues for internal review and problem‑solving Perform ad hoc GTM analysis, manage quick turnaround request items, and identify potential workarounds to ensure customer satisfaction Support the sales and customer support team using HubSpot with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas Identify and improve processes to enhance the productivity of the GTM teams Diligently monitor and ensure proposal turnaround times are met or exceeded and clearly communicate turnaround time expectations with the Sales team Work with the Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Client Success teams to ensure responsibilities and handoffs in the end‑to‑end sales process IMMEDIATE PRIORITIES Within First 90 Days Conduct comprehensive HubSpot data audit and cleanup of existing contact database Implement standardized sales processes across sports and music verticals Establish baseline metrics and identify root causes of revenue decline Create accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting framework Integrate Grain data with HubSpot for enhanced sales intelligence Must Have Skills And Experience Expert‑level HubSpot or Salesforce administration with proven data cleanup/migration experience. 3‑5 years experience in Revenue Operations, preferable in SaaS companies under $10M ARR. Experience with Grain, Gong or similar intelligence tools. Demonstrated success in turnaround situations or rapid process implementation. Advanced proficiency in Excel including advanced use of pivot tables. Passionate about the building phase, starting from a blank slate is exciting. Passion to identify and lead growth‑enabling initiatives for rapidly scaling organizations. Strong examples of strategic leadership work in building infrastructure for high‑performing SaaS revenue teams. Experience in project execution and change management. Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving business problems. Lead multiple work streams with ease by optimally and thoughtfully putting together project plans to adhere to deadlines. Demonstrated communication and presentation skills. Experience working with a business intelligence tool like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc. High degree of drive and self‑motivation and comfort working autonomously. Eagerness to work in a dynamic scale‑up team environment.
