Overview As the LTL Pricing and Billing Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely customer billing, managing pricing structures, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction. Location: Cornwall, ON Schedule: Monday to Friday, in-person What You Will Do - Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. - Ensure all billing practices comply with governmental rules and regulations. - Prepare and submit rate proposals for prospective customers, utilizing Seaway assets or collaborating with partner carriers. - Update systems with new rates and annual increases and distribute updated rates to customers. - Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and errors. - Manage accounts receivable and oversee collections. - Recommend pricing targets to support business objectives. - Verify and approve interline payables. - Maintain competitive pricing databases to track marketplace changes and their impact on our products. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align pricing strategies with overall company goals.
