**Responsibilities**

- Maintain inventory levels by ordering supplies, managing stock, and conducting regular audits to minimize waste.
- Monitor bar operations to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, team-building activities, and conflict resolution.
- Utilize budgeting skills to manage expenses effectively while maximizing profitability through strategic upselling techniques.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing on products while maintaining quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a bar management or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management related to bar operations.
- Ability to market the bar’s offerings creatively to attract new customers while retaining existing ones.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service experiences.
- Familiarity with beverage trends, cocktail recipes, and wine pairings is essential.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
