The Bayshore Northern Staffing team has proudly been the leading provider of healthcare professionals to Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, and Métis) and Northern Communities across Canada since 1997, and we are looking for a multiple Social Workers to join our team
The Client Service Manager (CSM) oversees the coordination of client care schedules by the Client Service Coordinators, and is responsible for timely data entry of all client referrals, new orders and updated information.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:_
- Oversee client service coordination area in consultation with the Supervisors.
- Schedule licensed and unlicensed employees for care and service assignments so there is an appropriate match between the client’s needs and the qualifications, skills, and abilities of Field employees.
- Handle and document prospective client inquiries regarding requests for care and service.
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate and current scheduling documentation.
- Collaborates with the Managers of Clinical Practice, the Nursing Supervisors, and the Payroll/Billing Department as appropriate.
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:
- A minimum of five years related customer service experience with progressive responsibilities in a supervisory capacity.
- Secondary School Diploma is required.
- A Medical Terminology course is preferred.
