Summary Description

As a Maintenance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling maintenance services to existing and potential clients by analyzing their property, providing them with a quote, and finalizing sales. Your focus will be on growing sales, achieving targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate with product sales counterparts to plan and coordinate the selling approach to target accounts. The Maintenance Sales Representative may also be responsible for the estimation and sale of enhancement projects.

Specific Responsibilities

The following duties are typical for this classification. Incumbents may not perform all duties listed and/or may be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth below to address business needs and changing business practices.

1. Promote and sell a complete range of service products, including weekly maintenance contracts, tree & shrub care, lawn care, and enhancement projects.
2. Visit current and potential clients to evaluate their needs and promote maintenance services.
3. Inspect property, review customer ideas, discuss budget considerations, and define project objectives.
4. Explain the benefits of different service offerings to clients.
5. Accurately design and quote maintenance solutions for residential and commercial customers.
6. Make recommendations to customers regarding different options to resolve their maintenance needs.
7. Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers in a timely manner.
8. Clearly communicate the value of maintenance services and address customer needs effectively.
9. Create estimates in QuickBooks and Real Green SA5 to send to potential customers promptly.
10. Consistently follow up with clients on pending estimates.
11. Send DocuSign agreements for sold jobs and follow up until the agreement is complete.
12. Maintain an accurate record of job status using a CRM system.
13. Identify new business opportunities by performing direct sales activities such as door-to-door sales and distribution of marketing materials.
14. Establish and maintain positive business relationships with clients.
15. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified schedule.
16. Work cooperatively with product sales counterparts to plan and coordinate the selling approach for target accounts.
17. Maintain client records, including communication history and service agreements.
18. Communicate with office staff when a job is ready to be scheduled.
19. Stay informed about maintenance services, contracts, and industry trends.
20. Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and Maintenance Administrative Manager to regularly send enhancement marketing emails to current maintenance customers.
21. Coordinate with Enhancement Project Managers to follow up with customers at job completion to sell maintenance service.
22. Assist Maintenance Administrative Manager, Maintenance Division Manager, and CEO as requested.

12. Fill out and submit any paperwork in a timely manner.
13. Report all accidents and personal injuries.
14. Maintain a good attitude during work.
15. Only speak positively about Miller Landscape, its employees, customers, and competitors.
