Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Validation Specialist to join our team on site in Toronto. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our cleaning validation project, ensuring full compliance with quality and regulatory standards. You will focus primarily on documentation activities, including RDP reports and non-conformance (NC) records, to guarantee robust validation processes across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support cleaning validation activities with a strong focus on documentation and compliance.

- Prepare, review, and maintain RDP reports and all associated validation documentation.

- Generate, investigate, and close Non-Conformance (NC) records related to cleaning validation.

- Ensure documentation meets internal quality standards and regulatory expectations (GMP).

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Manufacturing, and Validation.

- Track project deliverables and contribute to timely execution of validation milestones.

- Participate in audits or inspections by providing required documentation and explanations.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.

- Proven experience in Cleaning Validation, with strong emphasis on documentation-heavy activities.

- Hands‑on experience preparing and reviewing RDP reports.

- Strong knowledge of Non-Conformance (NC) documentation processes.

- Familiarity with GMP requirements and validation principles.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documentation tasks.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work 100% on site in Toronto.
