**Hoarding & Biohazard Cleaning Specialist - Subcontractor**
Electric City Cleaning Services, proudly servicing clients for 5 years, is **expanding to Toronto** We are looking for **experienced, insured, and professional subcontractors** to join our team for specialized cleaning jobs, including hoarding and biohazard situations, as well as light cleaning.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Handle hoarding and biohazard cleanup projects safely and efficiently
- Perform light and general cleaning for residential and commercial clients
- Follow strict safety protocols, including proper PPE use
- Work independently or in small teams to deliver high-quality results
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in hoarding and biohazard cleanup **is mandatory**:
- Must be **insured and WSIB covered**:
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability
- Comfortable with physically and mentally demanding work
- Own transportation and cleaning equipment
- Able to provide references from relevant past work
- Willingness to follow all health and safety guidelines
