**Position Overview**:
Pay: $20.00 to $27.00 /hour depending on the contract. No deductions on the payment.

**Requirements**:
Must be 100% reliable and committed to completing contracts on time

Must be able to perform cleaning tasks independently and not outsource it to another cleaner

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must have a clean criminal record

Must be detail-oriented, thorough, and take pride in their work

Must care about our client's facility and be responsive to any requests for improvement

Must get the job done correctly the first time, without errors or missed days

Must have experience in commercial cleaning

We are looking for individuals who are currently cleaning or working on a regular schedule and are based in the Peel region.

As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for cleaning various commercial facilities, such as offices and retail spaces. You will be paid once a month with net 10 payment terms after you send us an invoice each month on the 1st.

We are a friendly and reasonable company that values our subcontractors and strives to keep them long-term. We pay on time and provide everything you need to get started. We offer a supportive work environment and the opportunity for long-term contracts.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

- Overnight Shift (preferred)
