Shift: Monday to Friday 22:00 - 06:00

What you’ll do:

- Obtain update from prior shift (including DP times, load types, non‑retail load update, other critical information)

- Review operational +/- and identify labour required by load time availability

- Review emails, confirm all loads are printed and drivers are assigned a match (reconcile), ensure loads are being completed

- Sort time sheets by driver Hours of Service (HOS) availability (fresh or return)

- Organize retail loads, non‑retail loads and consolidate

- Select drivers based on operational needs and assign suitable route

- Assign drivers via driver app (see Driver App process for details)

- Provide update to following shift upon their arrival (including DP times, load types, non‑retail load update, other critical information)

- Answer incoming calls as needed

- Building and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

What you bring:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various individuals, from upper management to drivers

- Ability to work in multiple systems and applications, with a quick ability to learn

- Teammate, who is willing to assist others when needed

- Above average decision making skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Prior experience in a transportation environment is preferred
