Lexus of Oakville is a Platinum-certified dealer, 6-time winner of the Pursuit of Excellence Award, and recipient of the Consumers Choice award for best Lexus dealership in the GTA for 11 consecutive years. The successful candidate will be Guest focused, confident, motivated, process driven, and has the right attitude to deliver an Amazing Experience to our Guests.

If you are an extraordinary sales person, with a proven track record in automotive sales that is in search of the right showroom to showcase your talent, we have a home for you. We require individuals with a proven track record in product sales.

Qualifications:

- 2 or more years in automotive sales
- Strong and transparent selling skills
- Professional qualities
- Excellent communication skills; verbally and written
- Strong customer satisfaction skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Honest, courteous and able to demonstrate a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Experience luxury brands an asset
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid OMVIC License
- Bi-lingual spoken and written an asset
