Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Leasing Consultant based in Oakville, ON. The Sales and Leasing Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with leasing inquiries, managing lease administration, ensuring resident retention, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additional duties include effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and presenting tailored leasing options while maintaining company standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
  • Strong skills in Retention and Customer Service
  • Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in sales or leasing is an asset
  • Proficiency in leasing software and CRM tools is a plus
