North Shore Honda is currently looking to fill aposition of aLot Manager.

Responsibilities

- Developand implement policies for the lot

- Supervise,train and evaluate subordinate employees

- Issueand submit periodic lot reports to the higher management

- Deviseand recommend ways to enhance the effectiveness of parking procedures to ensuremaximum customer satisfaction

- Inspectthe lot physically and ensure proper physical conditions are available forparking

- Conductminor maintenance of lot equipment

- Promoteand demonstrate high standards of customer service

- Organizetraining sessions for development and grooming of the team

- Assignduties to the lot employees and evaluate their performance

- Overseethe cleanliness of the lot to facilitate smooth drive in and drive out

- Thisposition will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management

All successful applicants must possess the following qualities:

- Beextremely organized

- Beself-motivated

- Abilityto work independently and as a team

- Beable to work effectively against deadlines

- Possessa valid British Columbia Driver’s License, ability to drive both manual andautomatic transmission, and present a current copy of your driver’s abstract(ICBC driver’s record) for review

- Abilityto operate assigned equipment
