Budget Car & Truck Rental, a leader in the car rental industry, has a position for a Lot Attendant at our **Victoria Airport** location. Lot Attendants enhance Budget's service by providing a conceirge type customer experience. Shifts will include working **weekends.**

**Job Duties**
- Greet customers
- Assist customers with luggage as needed
- Provide directions and information for Victoria and surrounding area
- Completes basic administrative tasks
- Answer customer questions
- Provide excellent and professional service
- Record fuel levels
- Identify and record damage
- Clean vehicles to high quality standards when necessary
- Assist VIP customers and meet expectations of service

**Position Requirements**
- Professional and courteous
- Hardworking
- Punctual and accountable for shifts
- Willingness to learn

**Qualifications and Experience**
- General customer service
- Proven communication experience
- Class 5 driver's license **(required)**

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change
- Work along and in a team environment
- Vehicle knowledge considered an asset

**Working Conditions**
- Schedule that includes weekends and holidays
- Ability to work within an airport and follow airport security requirements
- Ongoing training and feedback
- 4 days per week, 10 hour shifts per day

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
