The Fuel for Growth team partner with leaders across all lululemon's functions and geographies to identify and deliver opportunities to increase productivity and more powerfully fund our growth strategies. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. core responsibilities
Reporting to Sr Director, Fuel For Growth, this role will partner with leaders to identify and deliver opportunities to increase lululemon's productivity and more powerfully fund our growth strategies. This role will contribute to delivering significant margin impact and new governance models and continuing to identify new margin opportunities to advance the program.

qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, with deep understanding of finance systems, business operations, and processes
- Experience working in and across multiple cost-savings and change management initiatives, ideally within the retail or consumer goods space
- Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $103,500-$135,900 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
