About This Team The Fuel for Growth team partners with leaders across all Lululemon’s functions and geographies to identify and deliver opportunities to increase productivity and more powerfully fund our growth strategies. Core Responsibilities Partner with leaders to identify and deliver opportunities to increase Lululemon’s productivity and powerfully fund our growth strategies. Contribute to delivering significant margin impact and new governance models, and continue to identify new margin opportunities to advance the program. Act as a sharp strategic thinker and thought partner for leaders. Solve problems by quickly getting to the core of an issue through investigation, quantitative analysis, insights, and ultimately action. Lead projects, actively manage risk and tradeoffs, and hold cross‑functional partners accountable for results. Build relationships across the business and enroll the organization in projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 4+ years of experience in management consulting, with deep understanding of finance systems, business operations, and processes. Experience working in and across multiple cost‑savings and change management initiatives, ideally within the retail or consumer goods space. Self‑motivated, passionate, detail‑oriented, multi‑tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause identification skills. Additional Notes Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. Compensation And Benefits Package Lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $103,500 - $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
